Power washing FAQ
Will high pressure damage my deck or fence?
Not the way we run it. Concrete gets full pressure; wood and delicate surfaces get a lower-pressure wash with cleaner doing the work instead of force. Matching the pressure to the surface is most of the skill in this job.
What does it cost?
Estimates are free and same-day — every surface is different, so we price from your photo instead of a one-size menu. Text a photo and you'll get one number back, and it holds.
How long does it take?
A driveway is usually 1–2 hours. You don't need to be home for exterior work — we just need the hose spigot on.
Do you bring your own water?
We use your outdoor spigot — a typical driveway wash uses about as much water as a few loads of laundry.
When's the best season for it?
Any frost-free day. Spring clears winter salt off concrete; fall gets the gunk off before it freezes in. We work all three seasons and pause when it's icy.
