What we collect

When you send the quote form we get what you typed: name, phone, email, town, the service you picked, your description and an optional photo link. If you text or call us instead, we get whatever your message contains. That's all.

What we do with it

We use it to price and schedule your job — calling, texting or emailing you back about that quote — and for nothing else. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for, and we never sell or share your details with anyone outside the crew that needs them to do your job.

Where it lives

This site is hosted by pepita, which stores form submissions for us and sends the one confirmation email you get after submitting. pepita also provides this site's analytics, which are cookieless and don't identify you. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its photography from Unsplash's image servers, so those services see the standard technical request data (like your IP address) any website asset load involves. The AI chat assistant sends only the messages you type in the chat to our chat service so it can answer; don't put personal details in the chat — it never needs them. We run no ad trackers, no cookies, and no session recording.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our records so we can honor the price we texted you and remember the job if you call back. Want yours deleted? Email jdpjunkandcleaning@gmail.com or text (773) 382-6680 and it's done.
